A zero-dependency Python CLI that reads raw SSE chat-completion captures and explains exactly why an LLM stream returned nothing — reasoning-only responses, missing finish_reason, malformed SSE framing, truncated tool calls. Twelve named checks, an explainable report, JSON output for CI, usable as a library. Release v0.2.0.
